Reclaim your
health & vitality.

Like many women in their late 30s, 40s, and beyond, I found myself struggling with the perplexing symptoms of perimenopause.

Juggling the demands of new motherhood in my late 30s alongside the perplexing symptoms of perimenopause proved to be especially challenging. Despite my extensive background in healthcare and wellness, I felt lost, frustrated, and alone.

I understand the exhaustion and confusion that come with searching for answers, only to be told by physicians to accept the inevitable downsides of aging. But I believe in a different narrative — one where we take control of our health and thrive.

My mission is to provide you with the guidance and support I wished I had during my own journey. Together, we'll navigate these challenges, empowering you to reclaim and live your healthiest life.

Dr. Dom’s story

From struggle
to strength

In my late thirties, life threw me into the ring with an opponent I hadn't trained for: my own body.

Leading a medical wellness clinic and dedicated to helping others achieve optimal health, I suddenly felt like a stranger in my own skin.

After delivering my first child, the stubborn weight gain, energy drain, and persistent brain fog made everyday tasks feel like monumental challenges. Sleep became elusive, and when it did come, it was restless and unsatisfying. My once-boundless energy had dwindled to a mere trickle, and the joy I found in my work and family life was muted.

I eventually discovered that on top of the expected post-partum energy drain, I was also experiencing undiagnosed perimenopause, a term and phase of life that felt foreign and bewildering.

Perimenopause is a chapter shrouded in shadows. Our bodies begin to whisper of change, but the world hasn't taught us how to listen.

This period often brings weight gain, mood swings, and a dwindling libido, which many doctors dismiss as the inevitable way of life. For me, the wake-up call came in the form of a prediabetes diagnosis at age 40. This reality check forced me to confront my health head-on and transform my lifestyle.

Determined to regain control, I delved into hormone optimization therapy and revamped my diet to embrace whole foods and healthy protein.

I also incorporated cutting-edge fitness technologies and restructured my life around wellness, making time for movement, stillness, and joy. This journey was both monumental and minute, reshaping my days and reconnecting me with my body.

Today, my life is a testament to the resilience and potential within us all. We worked hard to be on top of our game and deserve to feel, look, and perform at our best as we age.

At my clinic, Balanced Flow Wellness, we tailor solutions that cater to your unique needs as a woman. This helps you maintain your health, energy, and confidence amidst the challenges of your fast-paced lifestyle.
